FUNCTION SERVICES AND POLICIES
Notification of a guaranteed minimum number of delegates attending the function is required 7 days prior to commencement.
A guaranteed number to be advised 24 hours prior for catering and billing purposes.
Conference organisers are financially responsible for any damage sustained to hotel property during the function.
No food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought into the hotel for consumption at the function by the event organiser or anyone in attendance at the function.
Management is pleased to arrange a variety of additional services such as entertainment or technical equipment. A charge may be incurred for some services.
Should special security requirements be anticipated we are happy to arrange. A charge will be incurred for such services.
Complimentary underground parking is available to all guests staying in-house. Delegates attending conferences. have access to the rear carpark
