All Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions :

  • Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway Gift Vouchers may be used to pay for accommodation, accommodation packages, dining at Atrium and The Deck bar and lounge.
  • Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
  • All accommodation and other services by Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Gift Vouchers are to be treated like cash and if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen they will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • All Gift Vouchers are issued in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Terms and conditions of the voucher are governed by the laws of Victoria.
